Boarding: The Passenger must be at the boarding/departure gate at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the time of scheduled departure. A Passenger who fails to report at the departure gate at the stipulated time will not be entitled to any refunds, credit or free transfer of flights. The Airline reserves the rights to off load the Passenger along with the baggage.

Travel Documents: The Passenger is responsible for obtaining and must possess and make available for presentation as required by us or the relevant carriers and authorities all valid travel documents including entry and exit, health and other documents and permits required by law, regulations, order, demands or requirements of the countries flown from, into or over. The Airline reserves the right to refuse carriage to any Passenger who has failed to comply with, or whose documents and/or permits do not appear to comply with, such applicable laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements and if you do not permit the Airline to take and retain copies thereof.

Jakarta Airport Tax amounting to approximately IDR 150,000 or USD 20 is to be paid at Jakarta Departure Terminal (Not included in air fare).
