Terms & Conditions – 1 for 1 Air Tickets on Mihin Lanka

	The promotion is open to all holders of American Express Credit Cards
	The Cardmember should be part of the travelling party.
	The promotion is valid till from 20th November 2010 to 15th January 2011.
	Air ticket booking to be made before 15th January 2011 and travel period to fall between 01st
	December  2010 to 31 March 2011
	Cardmembers are required to book and pay online mihinlanka.com to purchase their return air
	tickets to the following destinations which are eligible for the promotion;
	Colombo - Male - Colombo Colombo - Dhaka - Colombo Colombo - Jakarta - Colombo        and   Dhaka - Colombo - Dhaka Jakarta - Colombo – Jakarta
	Cardmembers should make bookings for two or multiples of two to be eligible for the promotion.
	Full fare value of the second ticket/s will be refunded by Mihin Lanka to the Cardmember's Card
	Account within 30 working days from the date of the booking. The applicable taxes will have to borne by the Cardmember.
	If an adult and child/ infant are included in the booking, the lower fare would be considered for the
	refund.
	The promotion can not be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs
	or offers.
	The general credit card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
	The promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of Nations Trust Bank PLC, American Express
	and Mihin Lanka
	Nations Trust Bank PLC, American Express Card Center accepts no liability for the quality of goods
	and services provided by the establishment involved in this promotion since it is not the supplier of such goods or services.
	Nations Trust Bank PLC will not be liable or responsible to the Cardmember for any loss, damage or
	injury that maybe caused to the Cardmember by any act or omission whatsoever of the partnering Airline.
	The Bank reserves the right to modify or change any of the rules applicable for this promotion at
	anytime and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the promotion at anytime without prior notice
	In the event of any dispute regarding any of the terms and conditions herein, the decision of Nations
